It is with regret that after my attempts at a diplomatic resolution I have heard no response from PA.

The deadline of Downtime Saturday 22nd May has passed and no communication has been recieved, A state of war now exists between LMM and PA

We will also be breaking off relations with Revolution and FU and removing them from our diplomatic channels, I cannot help but feel they have been using us as a pawn to gain credability for an attack on PA.

LMM does not consider this the action of allies and as such withdraw our application to join FU.

I must admit I feel somewhat left out. It appears that a corporation that I have no knowlege of has a problem with the PA. What that problem is, I can't tell from this thread.

Cpt. Pugwash, If you want to discuss an issue you have with the PA, Lodge a formal complaint HERE.. If there has been a miscommunication where your complaint has been overlooked, I appologise. However, as clearly stated in this thread, avenues for contacting us have openly published.

Libertas MilesMilitis now have 24 hours to withdraw their pre-mature war declaration on the PA.

I can't fail to notice he just did a wardeclare upon your alliance due to not responding to his request to solve this problem diplomatic, so now it should be YOU who would contact him instead of pointing him into a bureaucratic windmill. He expressed that he made several attempts to solve this problem adequate, however you guys did not and therefor he makes an official warattempt. If you so much care to prevent an war i would suggest YOU to contact him to solve it, instead of pointing him into another dead bush he allready walked into.

DREAMWORKS the PA has on many previous occasions stated that talking to random members of the alliance does not constitute a formal complaint.

The PA has also more than adequately advertised its forums and explained the procedure for lodging complaints.

To expect an entire alliance consisting of many corps to act on a complainat within microseconds or to think that a single corp can put deadlines to the PA is not within reason. We have dealt with complaints before and yes t takes time but we deal with it.

LMM did not complain on our official forums and noone has ever heard of their deadline. So as far as we are concerned no such complaint exists and any aggressive action against any of our members will be met with similarly deadly force. Let ther be no doubt on that.
